Public Comment Format

Sign-up for Public Comment no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of the GO Team Meeting.

To sign up, a Google Form will be posted to the Hollis Facebook page 1 day before the meeting.

Comments must be no more than 2 minutes long. A timer will be used to manage the time.

Public Comment will be held during the 1st 20 minutes of the meeting.
